The joint-stock company was established on 11th April 1997 by Register of Companies entry and since the time it carries business under name: MCG REAL, a.s.
The joint-stock company is entered in the Register of Companies at the Regional Court in Brno, paragraph B, enclosure 2298.
ID number of the company is 253 34 271.
Company residence is Brno, Heršpická 813/5, PSC 639 00.

Organization structure
MCG REAL employs 40 employees for the purpose of facility management, 22 of them work at the Operating Department (14 in vocational work professions including plumbers, electricians, locksmiths). Premises and buildings operation is ensured by responsible administrator. Support for contractual reinsurance of services supplying is the company lawyer and employers of the Business Department who take care of vacant premises rentals as well. Extensive reconstructions and a new construction is provided by the Building Investments Department. Vocational technical support is provided by employees of the Power Management&Information Technology Department.
The company management emphasizes the selection of employees - experts, their professional development and awareness.
Used software
The company uses- professional software for complex management of maintenance and servicing administration of properties which resolves:
- maintenance and operation cost decrease, calculations and documentation of operational expenses and revenues
- improvement in cost-planning, monitoring of maintenance schedules
- buildings documentation, electronic distribution and technologies
- organization of work improvement, more effectiveness in operation of maintenance and servicing administration
- compliance with legislation.
